Ian Davey is originally from London, England, and raised in Reading, Berkshire. He began his career by joining the Royal Air Force in 1975. During the 1990s, he spent 10 years working in Egypt with the United Nations, gaining valuable international experience in operations, logistics, and people management.

Following this, he built an 18-year career with Greene King in the UK, working as a General Manager overseeing bars, restaurants, staff management, customer service, and business operations.

After relocating to Thailand during the COVID period, he became actively involved in the Hua Hin bar and restaurant scene, working across hospitality consultancy, venue management, marketing, and business sales.

With decades of hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, operations, and business development, he now focuses on helping connect buyers and sellers within Thailand’s hospitality and small business market.

He founded Business 4 Sale Hua Hin, specialising in bars, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across Hua Hin and Thailand.

Paul Jaffa, originally from London, England, is an English solicitor (non-practising) and experienced business professional based in Hua Hin, Thailand.

He specialises in business brokerage and works closely with owners to successfully transition, grow, and position their businesses for sale. With a practical and client-focused approach, Paul brings strong legal and commercial insight into every transaction.

His work spans all areas of hospitality including bars, restaurants, cafés, and small businesses throughout Hua Hin and across Thailand.
